Well done to Jamie Liddell who ran the Beach Head Marathon to raise funds for our Kijiji Project.
Jamie sent this message to all those who supported him, "I would like to thank everyone for their support and sponsorship for the run. I managed to finish the course in a little over 3 hours and 50 minutes, which I was very pleased with - I don't think you could design a more challenging marathon! Conditions were pretty treacherous and I think off-road shoes are a must for next time...if there is a next time...! It was the biggest physical challenge I have ever faced but I had the extra motivation to finish because I knew I was doing it for a great cause."
